Stuart has to live in a house made for much bigger people. What is one problem he faces at home, and how does he use clever thinking to deal with it?

One problem Stuart faces is that many things in the house are too large for him, so even simple tasks can be dangerous. He cannot just move around the way a normal-sized person can. I think Stuart uses clever thinking because he looks for special ways to solve problems instead of giving up. This shows that his size does not stop him from being brave and useful.

During the sailboat race, Stuart tries hard to win. Do you think winning is the most important part of the race? Explain your opinion using details from the chapter.

I do not think winning is the most important part of the race. Stuart works hard and wants to do well, but the exciting part is seeing him stay calm and brave on the water. He has to think quickly and handle problems even though he is tiny. To me, the race shows that trying your best can matter more than the final result.

I predict that Stuart will go looking for Margalo because he cares about her a lot. The story shows that she is very important to him, and he does not seem like the kind of character who would just forget a friend. Stuart has already shown that he likes adventure and is willing to face danger. I think he will follow any clue he can find, even if the journey is hard.
