Chapter 1: How does Zack feel about leaving Earth and moving to Nebulon? What words or actions show his feelings?

I think Zack feels nervous and sad about leaving Earth. He has to say goodbye to the place and people he knows, which would be hard for anyone. At the same time, he seems a little curious because Nebulon is new and different. His mixed feelings make him seem like a real kid.

Chapter 4: Compare Zack’s life on Earth with his new life on Nebulon. What seems exciting, and what seems difficult?

Zack’s life on Earth feels familiar because he knows his home, his routines, and his friends. Nebulon seems exciting because it has amazing technology and places he has never seen before. The difficult part is that everything is new, so Zack has to learn how things work. I think I would feel excited and worried at the same time, just like him.

Chapter 9: By the end of the book, do you think Nebulon is starting to feel like home for Zack? Why or why not?

I think Nebulon is starting to feel like home for Zack by the end of the book. He has learned more about his new planet and has started to feel more comfortable there. He also begins to see that new places can become special when you meet people and make memories. Even though he may still miss Earth, he is not as unsure as he was at the beginning.
